"Overall this hotel was brilliant, in terms of feeling classy and making you feel like it's money well spent. You can tell this is a class above any premier inn or holiday inn by a mile. "Great location, convenient public car park out the back of the property. Inside space felt comfortable and fresh and the room was perfectly comfortable. "My stay was absolutely ok. Wifi access was a bit odd, phone could get the cloud but not my laptop. I was too late to get a parking spot and because the parking was on a hill I could see it was a difficult manoeuvre and so I could see frustratingly large gaps between the cars. So for future visitors it might be worth mentioning the parking is limited although thinking about it you may end up with people arriving at the same time and creating a traffic nightmare on the main road. "I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!"
