"The hotel is very well placed for getting around Venice, near the famous sites, but quiet. The.staff are helpful and the rooms are more than adequate for the price. The slight downside is the stairs to the attic rooms are very steep and the public areas sometimes smelt a bit of drains, despite the fact that the hotel was very clean. It might just be Venetian drainage systems! "

"We loved our stay in San Maurizio Luxury suites - it was a massive room and very high quality spec - in a fab location less than a 10min walk to St Marks Square. The breakfast brought to the room was an extra nice touch. Plus the staff very friendly and helpful, and even collected us from the boat dock at the end of the street when we first arrived! Highly recommend."
