"Ina at the front desk es amazing when we checked in. The facility was clean. The downside (not the actual facility) was at the entrance from the street, it is a hefty ledge, hard on the vehicle suspension."

"Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town."
