The hotel is on a busy street , however we had a room facing the back of the property and it was very quiet. Excellent location - a few minutes walk to old city. The beds are very hard. The first pillows we were given were rock hard but the hotel changed them for softer ones.

I really like this hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful, really lovely. I wasn’t here long so didn’t really get chance to explore the surrounding area but it seems close to things and easy to get around. The room was very clean and had a nice feel to it. My room was overlooking a busy road and you could hear the traffic but it didn’t really bother me. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The inn is about 15 mins' walk from the Tha Phae Gate, tge hisatoric city wall with a cluster of old temples and shrines to visit. It's also within walking distance from the Kalare night market, a great place to shop for gifts and eat street foot under one roof.

The room was well maintained and clean, i had no issues with the staff whatsoever they were great. Defintiely recommend this inn/hotel for your stay in Chiang Mai. Old City Wall Inn is the perfect stay for a peaceful & cozy experience! The owners & staff were very helpful & gave us the BEST recommendation for Khao Soi! It feels like you're in an old family home. With its wooden floors and walls, feels secured here. It's situated within the Old City Walls, so this place overall theme goes with its location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was fee minutes motorbike ride away from street food, temples and shopping. There's also a massage place beside it.
