For the price, it's very big! We've paid 27 dollars a night and has two rooms, two bathrooms, and two king beds. The ac works very well. The beds are not the most comfortable, next time i would try to find somewhere else with more comfort, but if i couldn't find something similarly priced I'd stay again. Nice location, many cafes, a locals market, and plenty of access to taxi's. Staff was very friendly.
Room was ok but not what I expected. It was quite different from the photos on the website. Very basic but clean enough.

Good service from staff but bed not comfortable
wifi is very unstable better get your own local sim card
the reception staff do not speak english but with the help of photo they managed to figure out and sort out all the problems in the room I had thumb up for those staff.
Pretty nice place, cheap, and great staff. I recommend this place, it is pretty close to everything. Close to temples, about 10 min drive to get to the city.
The room was dirty there was mould in the bathroom I asked to come clean the room 3 minutes after I arrived they came with a dry mop and cleaned nothing else
Probably what you would expect for the price. Cement bed. A bit to far from central old city area but close to food, markets etc. Wifi only in lobby. Rooms not serviced. Generally ok if you want a cheapish bed but you will need to taxi to old city.
This hotel is probably designed for the locals. The staff didn't really speak English, but still it's ok for us to get the room.We stayed in a big room with two compartments. The low price is proportional to its condition. The room is not as new as shown In the photos. Prepare the towel and toiletries for yourselves if you think it's a problem to see yellow spots on the towels.
Very nice people who ran the hotel, however the room was only made up once during our week long stay and that's simply because we reminded them, didn't bother to tell them after the first time and simply replenished our towels and free water at reception every couple of days, very odd. The wifi password changes every day and although it's a good connection, I think our room was one of very few that could connect without having to sit in the hotel reception. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning leaked a few times, spitting ice into every direction, having said all of this, I would still venture back to this hotel due to it's low price and it's location near the mountains and the large MAYA shopping centre. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Quiet at night.

Good big room with view.
The room was big and had a good view of doi suthep. Facilities was quite clean and new.
Les lits sont très bruyants. Le ménage est vraiment sommaire.nous avons séjourné 2 jours et pas de ménage quotidien. Pas de papier toilette. Sinon les chambres sont très spacieuses.
