"Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at the Swiss Lanna Lodge. Miss Toto and Miss Nam had provided us with an exceptional level of service and answered all our queries with a friendly demeanour. The only downside is that we suspect one of the beds has dust mites which resulted in one of my friends to have a bad rash."

"I've lived in Thailand for years, had a rental car on this trip and am familiar with Chiang Mai. I very much enjoyed our stay at Centara. Earlier reviews stated that this property was run down. It appears to me to have been renovated very well. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Reception and restaurant/coffee shop were very nice (though over priced). The surrounding area had some -- but few -- restaurants, shops, massage businesses, coffee shops and convenience stores. ...
