"We had a family suite which was huge and very clean , the view from outside our suite was amazing we especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel it was just awesome so was the breakfast buffet every morning . The staff was very friendly and helpful , Nazli helped put our tours together for the day I will def recommend it everyone !!! "

"This is a very unique property. It is not a your typical hotel. The rooms are built on a hill and layout rooms are spread around several levels around caves. The staff was friendly, pleasant and accomating. The room decode is vintage with some contemporary flare. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. "It was a great stay. The staff was very cooperative and friendly, and offered us advise on to do things around the area. They were fluent in english and very curteous. They offered us a free upgrade, the exclusive cave suite is worth the money ! The room was extremely clean and room service was great. Breakfast had loads of variety and the spot had great views of the town. The place is very centrally located and we walked around and explored a lot of surrounding cafes and restaurants. "

"We were a group of four eldery friends and we had an excellent stay at hotel Taskonaklar.The large rooms were clean and confortable. So were the modern, elegant bathrooms. "The worst hotel I have been to! For a 5-star hotel and 140 euros per night, it should be worth the price. You can hear all the noise from your room! You can hear all what people are saying and doing in the corridors as well. The wifi is not free, even though it was written free in my booking, but you have to pay extra for it. They gave us separate beds even when we mentioned that we were a couple. The breakfast was so mediocre. And the hotel is getting older with no renovations! While I was at the reception, four other complaints were made as well. It's a big no-no! They refused to refund us, but we left anyway after the first night."
