"the hotel is at the back of the resort and on a hill, it is easily recognised by its roofline and thus you can find it to walk back too. the apartment, was spacious, in good condition, clean and well decorated and provisioned. swimming pools were clean and had life guards all day, but unheated. "This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax."

"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant. The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. "We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. "I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
