"Fantastic hotel in a great location, near both river and metro stations. Beautiful pool and outside area. Horizon Club is excellent with great food at all times of day and lovely evening canape / drinks time. Was nice that no children were in Horizon Lounge in the evenings."

"We were welcomed by a live violinist. Bell service immediately took our bags. There is a drinks station at reception with a variety of hot and cold. Reception, Bell service, concierge and housekeeping were all prompt. There was never a wait time nor did they ever say no to any request. I requested extra laundry detergent (yes I had requested a room with laundry in room) and 2 mins later they were at my door. The room was perfect and had large windows with automatic roll up blinds. Both the mall and train stations were directly accessible from indoor. The hotel was very popular, we used many taxi and grab rides and only had to mention the hotel name and the driver knew where to go. Trains are better because the are is very busy and always have traffic but we liked using vehicles to see the area. This hotel is highly recommended. "

"I stayed for one night and it was perfect. I had diner on the rooftop from which you could see the planes land, there was a fire show and the food was decent. The swimming pool was nice and I had a night swim a little before midnight, all alone. The room is comfortable. Nothing fancy, but perfectly functional. To get the shuttle, I had to call them to know where to get it at the airport, otherwise, everything went well. It is cheaper than getting a taxi. And the hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport both ways. "

"We stayed for three nights with lounge access. Arriving to the hotel was a great, your luggage is taken care of, one person gives you refreshments and helps you check in. Very professional with a personal touch. After the check in the staff lead you to the room and explains where the different restaurants and explain everything you need to know. The room was spotless clean, very practical and nice. The views from the balcony and the different bars and restaurants are breathing. The food was brilliant, extremely tasty and beautifully displayed. The one small negative was their problem with the reader for Amex cards but that was sorted out very professionally by the front desk (my card worked to well the day after at the gem factory which made the wife happy). Conclusion: I warmly recommend the hotel because of the staff, views, service and food. We'll come back next year"
