The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "Enjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food. "
"This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews.
There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times.

"The place is amazing, excellent location and wondeful view. There is lot of things to do att Reka, wellplanned game and entertainment area. Only downside was the children’s outdoor area was closed for renovation. Apartment was great with good utilities, good WiFi, and well maintained."
