"Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"The people were the most incredible, friendly, helpful and kind host that we've ever had. There was sometimes a little difficulty finding restaurants as it was a very remote area and they even offered to have supper for us. "The lady at reception was fantastic and the room was clean but the heating had stopped working so it was freezing cold. By the time I realised the heating wasn’t working the reception had closed. If the heating had been working it would have been 5 star for a stopover on a long journey with my dog. "

"The hotel and the staff were amazing. The area was very walkable with a lot of dining options. The river is pretty spectacular too. You are in walking distance to the train, buses and the light rail system so it is easy to travel anywhere. "

"We walked to the hotel from the train station. We went out the main doors of the train station. We could have made it much easier on ourselves if we went to the lower level and crossed under the tracks. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Not too expensive, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed."
