"We loved it! Such a beautiful property and chateau. The room was really nice. We had a suite with one main bedroom, a bathroom with large tub and a kids room with bunk beds. We felt like we were staying in a castle. The pool was very pretty. The restaurant was good, but limited menu. The service was fairly good. A little slow, but they did not have enough help. "Good hotel with parking and outside space. Unfortunately the restaurant and almost everything in the area was closed as it was a Monday. There was a lot of construction/building work taking place in the roads around the hotel which was inconvenient. Our room was on the second floor, no lift and only access was via a spiral staircase which could be challenging. Breakfast was fine and staff were friendly and helpful."

"Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"Wonderful property. Very pleasant setting. Only 20 minutes from there center of Bordeaux. HOWEVER, do NOT try to drive to Bordeaux from this hotel. It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"
