"The staff is extremely attentive. I needed help using the washer and dryers very early in the morning, but the gentleman at the front desk took special care to drop what he was doing and aid me in getting my laundry completed properly. He was a life saver! They keep this place immaculately clean and orderly. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t think twice, just do it."

"Had a wonderful time staff is absolutely fantastic. The place is clean safe and very friendly. The beds are comfortable. Didn’t care to much for the blackout drapes ( I like total darkness when I sleep) these are see through a little. The bathroom and showers are clean private. Will stay again . The staff really makes the difference you can tell they take pride in there work o lots of steps have a bad knee but pushed through keep in mind with large luggage.. staff helped an old man out .....

"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. Our plane was also late coming in but we were able to arrange self check-in for when we arrived and sorted out the details in the morning. Thank you again!"

"small but well designed hostel with excellent location. everything works except….noisy guests there is no enforcement of noise in the bunks, its a typical problem with many non-japanese guests who stay in groups (not solo). they talk loudly (couples or groups taking single bunks) totally oblivious to all the rest of people sleeping. yes, and they use the hair dryer at midnight, and thats not all…"

"Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately...

"Very near international street, location is superb, but also very nosie during night time even after 12am. Only 2bathroom and 2shower on the floor, sometimes need to wait if too many people, though they are very clean. For the bed is really hard, not really sleeping well, most of the people seems long staying there. Anyway, the staff are very nice"

Beds were okay- at least the privacy was decent. It felt like a capsule hotel- but to be expected for the type of hostel. "The super plus point for this hotel is its convenient good location, just right behind the main International street. However, not many local people can help you locate this hotel even if you show them the hotel address in the booking slip, which is a big surprise for me as it took me quite a bit of time when i first arrived before i can find the hotel. "Super convenient location, good size room, great service (front desk and room service staff). The only thing I wished was if they could change the breakfast menu on certain days of the week. I stayed several nights and was getting tired of the same menu."

"I thought the hotel is very nice. It has a nice size clean beach, but not one was swimming in it. I also didn’t get to swim myself. People did use the beach for pictures and walking around. It’s long enough for the property, but does not extend beyond that. The hotel does not have a fitness room. The indoor pool requires extra fee. The street has no sidewalk to walk around. There is no bus. Going places requires Taxi rides. My booking includes free taxi transportation from and to the airport which can cost 6,000 to 10,000 yen each way if not included. Breakfast buffet at Hana Hana was excellent. I didn’t eat everything there, but I enjoyed what I ate. The atmosphere was good. It’s a nice relaxing hotel with very little to do. If your goal is to relax and bask in the views and enjoy what the resort has to offer in an environment with few people, it might be a great resort for you. I think the beach and the pool were under utilized when I was there. I would like to see entertainments at night like cultural performances as what they do in Mexico and Hawaii. Also, there are no tours that pick up at the hotel. Besides the breakfast buffet included in my booking, the food was expensive at all the restaurants even with the high dollar exchange rate. Nonetheless, it’s still less expensive than Hawaii. It can help you stay within your weight goal while on vacation though ;) "
