"The hotel was immaculate. My bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were fantastic. There was a snow storm over night and in the morning one of the staff members was working a clearing snow and took the time to come help me clear my car of the ice and snow. Really exceptional and greatly appreciated. I will be back for sure. "

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
