Location, staff, and shuttle downtown was great. Room was clean but bathroom could use an update. Main downside was the sound of the traffic was really loud and we were on the 12th floor.

Your staffed checked me into a half empty hotel and still managed to give a view of the Waffle House. Why would I ever come back!! Treat me right or I walk with my money. I’m at the HI Riverview hotel with a view of the highway and Waffle House while Riverview rooms sit empty

The building itself is on the older side but it’s well maintained by Holiday Inn. Their breakfast options are very good.

Property is run down, room was dirty. There were people sitting in the hallway not sure why? Definitely didn’t feel safe. We checked in late and our room was already open when we arrived. Shower was very slippery and had mold on the curtains and walls.

The noise from the highway was very loud (even though we were on the 10th floor!). We did like the free shuttle into the city, this was an unexpected bonus. The room itself was fine with a big comfy bed and pillows. Could only get lukewarm water in the shower though.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the property is quite dated. We noticed mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Additionally, there were small holes in the wall around the air conditioning unit that allowed us to see outside. We chose this place primarily for its location.
