However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! "This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. "I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Clean and modern. Not the best area, just a little out of the city, but the staff were very good and the breakfast was surprisingly good quality. Parking is wildly expensive, even with the discount, but there aren't many good alternatives. "

Planned a night away for valentine's day close to a beautiful Italian restaurant, didn't know we had breakfast and other things included in the stay and was pleased and surprised when checking in.
