"Arrived at property ready to chill out before flight in the early morning. Expedia hadnt paid for our room or half board. .The staff at the ibis were very professional never once made us feel awkward.Eventually expedia paid hotel The hotel is very clean a comfy bed especially pillows.There are extra pillows if needed. Food was very tasty theres a bar on site by reception. We enjoyed our stay dispite mess up. Thanks again to the great receptionist ."

"Great location for onward travel or visiting area. Impressive hotel clean welcoming and facilities 5* pool large and very clean as was sauna changing etc. Room large and with all amenities fridge micro wave etc. Comfortable beds and great power shower . Staff welcoming and breakfast offers choice and is a great start to the day"

"Great location for an early morning flight from Gatwick, departures is literally on your doorstep. Funny little windowless room but felt clean, cosy, and just what we needed for an overnight stay. Did whole check in etc via phone app without needing to see or speak to anyone!"

"Very easy access to the check-in area at the north terminal. Literally just 2 mins when you exit the hotel (it's all connected). I had an early flight (6.25am) but continental breakfast was made available from 4am which was a nice touch (main/full breakfast from 6am). Staff were fantastic - friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight at the north terminal at Gatwick and you don't want to rush in the morning! "

"Convenient location for flights out of Gatwick Airport, and very kind staff! The room was clean and modern, with everything we needed after a long travel day. The breakfast was top tier with lots of variety (it opened at 6am so we were able to eat before our morning flight). Highly recommend."
