"Wonderful stay at the Reef Coco Beach. All staff members we encountered were friendly and always willing to help. The resort is small and the afternoon pool games are not on the same level you'd get at the larger resorts, but the activities team always worked hard to keep people interested. "Great family friendly resort! The small resort is perfect for small kids as rooms are close to pool and ocean for easy access. Food at restaurants and snack shack was amazing! Buffet could use more options as it was very limited and always the same. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely return! "

"The hotel shuttle was horrible. Upon arrival it took us 3 hours to get to the hotel bc they dropped off at other hotels. It should have taken 30 min max. We booked a private return upon departure. The elevator was broken in our building the entire stay. The front desk tried to move us but there was not an equivalent room available. The resort is massive. Be prepared to walk A LOT. the pool area was very nice tho i found some staff were not as friendly as others. Some were great. The resort...

"The only complaint I have is with the dinner food at the buffet. Never ate lunch there so I can’t speak to that. Breakfast was pretty good. Dinner was not good, I recommend eating at Fuego or off the resort."

"The resort Exceeded my husband and I expectation . It was literally TOP TIER . The staff was as helpful as possible. I would say the could cater to all races and not just Mexican as far as music go, a few people around us complained about that. Also the room got hot while sleeping at night maybe we didn’t know how to work the AC . But all and all it was amazing I would definitely be back . "

"15 minute drive to down town,the only down side during my stay main swimming pool not available due to remodel and also the elevator closed to my unit was undergoing an upgrade,the noise was moderate. Staff was very friendly.overall we had a good experience. "

Secrets Aura Cozumel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. We did submit multiple maintenance requests and told multiple people but none of the issues were ever fixed. One evening maintenance came by around 5:30pm while we were showering and getting ready for dinner. They said they’d come back in an hour but never did. Pro tip: book excursions through the resort where you can get snorkeling gear for free, NOT from Amstar - the company set up in the lobby. We could have saved a lot for the two of us and when we found out, they wouldn’t refund us. "

"This was my second time coming to a his resort! Loved the closeness of everything, beach, pool dining, bar! Staff is amazing super friendly and very kind. They got to know each of us. I highly recommend the spa! Hydro therapy and full massage was out of this world! Was bummed by the food options, but you get what you paid for. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate to your desires! "
