"Great overall experience. The hotel is very clean and room are spacious. My issue was that rooms didn’t have a proper isolation were sounds of next door neighbors can easily disturb your stay. Also the resort is very family oriented and lots of kids playing around. This needs to be considered for travelers who prefer an otherwise tranquil vacation."

"The staff and property were excellent. Room service was very slow we were out of toilet paper for a full day and the one time the serviced our room they took most of our towels. Beautiful property otherwise with beautiful pools and facilities. It’s about 30 minutes from actual Chania town but they provide a shuttle that leaves at 5pm and returns at 1030pm. When we got on it was full so they arranged a taxi. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good...
