"The room and restaurant is clean. But the air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. When we woke up, I noted water dripping from the bottom of the a/c unit. The bathroom is designed poorly. The water splashes all over the toilet.The staff is very polite and there to help."

"I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby."
