The hotel was very good. Clean, spacious rooms with good view of hills. The staff was very helpful and polite. Especially the restaurant "Vyom" within the hotel is pretty good. Their Mandir Thali was amazing. The manager at Vyom is the best host I've come across. Their receptionist staff Balasubramaniam helped me to buy Darshan Token. Overall great experience. One thing i would want to caution the fellow travellers - "Don't eat the snacks available in the room" these snacks are sold by the hotel at double the price than what is printed as MRP on them. For eg. I ate a potato chips packet with 75/- rupees MRP, the hotel charged me 150/- rupees taxes for it. While providing the room overview, the staff doesn't explain this "Double charge than MRP" thing, which i found a bit deceptive. My 3 snacks totalled to 889/- !!! Other than that everything was pretty good.

Property looks very modern inside and outside. The issue we had was with our room. Seemed okay when we checked-in but out shower head broke and also foul drainage smell started from the restroom. It was unbearable by the evening and we felt it was not safe to be in that room with our baby and had to change the room. by the morning it also started smelling bad. The positives were restaurant which had great service and food. Door man was great help with our bags as well.

Staffs are very courteous and friendly. They are very considerate about all of our requests during our stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and with good amenities. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Our package included dinner and dinner buffet is also good with changing menu everyday. I will definitely recommend this hotel especially international travelers.
