"This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. "Great hotel. Great attention to detail. Very accommodating. Not the best for kids due the limited options. But for a couple it will be excellent. I wish the Spa was included. But breakfast every morning was great. The food at the bar was okay. Limited on options in my opinion. We did have issue with some reservations but they were understanding. "

"The building is fantastic with an amazing view from the roof terrace. Well located within the historic centre of La Orotava. Unfortunately there was no receptionist until 17.00, which was very stressful until I found a phone on which someone answered. Breakfast was delicious, staff were polite and helpful."

"Very good all rounder. Food was not as good for early week and better later in the week for dinner. The doors to the balcony rattle at night, keeping people awake. The staff are great though, very likeable. Good gym but a bit far from the main hotel. Overall, really enjoyed my stay with the beautiful views, old style music and overall great atmosphere. "

"We liked everything about the hotel with the exception that the hotel controls the Air conditioner so they turned off when I asked why because it was really hot in the room they said around this time of year they do that and we went in November so we had to sleep with balcony door opened. Other than that it’s a nice place."

"Overall I would recommend this property! The location and the surrounding views were awesome. The volcano activities and local hiking was great. The restaurant & the included breakfast was wonderful. Had a problem with the Air Conditioning & the windows didn't have screens, so we couldn't open them due to all the flies."
