"We were booked to stay at Reyna for 3 night. But only stayed there one night. Because of scheduling on there end we stayed across the street in an apartment that was nothing like the Reyna property. We were still charged the same amount for staying a subpar apartment across the street. I wasn’t happy with my stay at Reyna. . "

"If you are choosing to stay here for the consular interview, this is a perfect hotel. It is only a 3 minute walk to the biometrics (ASC) and 4 minute walk to the consular and 5-6 minute walk to one of the clinics (CMI) but for the clinic they have free transportation. For me, this was the best option to stay in as you can add breakfast to your stay which I think was good food and saves you money. "

"Great overall experience, but I did not like that the hotel restaurant didn't seam to have any restriction to smoking inside, even in a closed environment. At a night I had at least 3 tables around me with people smoking. But the hotel was good and restaurant also very good (expect for the smokers)"
