"Beautiful property with an awesome pool and beach. The women staff at breakfast and around the pool/bar area were so friendly and amazing. The men that worked the beach hut were the complete opposite - miserable and very unfriendly. A lot of mosquitos in the rooms, would constantly hear buzzing in my ear when sleeping and wake up with tons of bug bites. Definitely the same tier as the ritz, seven stars or grace bay club. "

"The beach is fabulous at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good at the cabana though pricey but there is no getting around that on TCI. Some great restaurants in walkable distances. Loved our stay, not crowded with people so the use of the pools was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again! "

An easy ten minute drive from the airport with a direct, two and a half hour, flight from Atlanta. Left Atlanta that morning and we're on the beach that afternoon. Staff are awesome with great attention to detail. The only downside is that the sun sets on the opposite side of the island, but we did a sunset cruise to catch the sunset one afternoon. "The people at the hotel working to make your stay pleasant are the best! From the reception desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff fabulous people. Very beautiful surroundings, comfortable quiet best for adult adults and families."

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. "

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"Excellent size rooms, very quiet. It's great to be able to cook, breakfast was provided by the poolside. The pool is saltwater. Very convenient to Grace Bay Beach. I will stay there again without hesitation. "

"This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."

"I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back!
