"Good. Nice neighborhood, good transport links and pleasant staff. Spent five days at Native, Hyde Park. My only criticism is the place is rather pricey considering our room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced and our bins were not emptied for the whole period we were there. "

"Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place. "

"Perfect for travelling family Heena checked us in and inquired about our stay daily. Thanks Heena!!!!!!!! Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. Lobby has an area selling some essentials etc. Sainsbury local is around the corner. Bus stops are across the street as well as the cutest coffee shop across the road. Safe and clean area. "Solo female stayed for 7 nights in June 2024. Gorgeous little apartment on level 3. Lovely lounge area with 2 beds, tv. Clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Spacious bathroom, shower over bath, and importantly washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. Concierge and booking office very helpful. Enjoyed a lovely time. Sainsbury's 2 min walk, everything closeby. Great property and area"

"The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk from Bayswater Queensway, tube station, shops, restaurants and also Hyde Park. Converted from London townhouses, the hotel antique in layout and quite charming. There are some caveats though: I was in a single room and while well equipped, it was TINY. The second problem was that it was on the third floor, there is no lift and the staircase is VERY narrow and steep. I had bags and it was a real physical challenge to get them to my room....

"Amazing staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel location is great close to two tube lines and minutes away from Buckingham palace. The room itself was great, recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel. "

Great option For early Flight

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."
