"房間溫度太高，整晚無法入睡，住宿一晚後，早上向大堂職員反影，職員收到改回冷氣供應，否則提供電風扇使用的要求，並同意安排維修部立刻處理；到晚上約11點回來詢問情況，並回覆已經調整為冷氣供應，事後回房如常啟動冷氣及沐浴，及後發現仍無法調節冷氣，便與大堂再聯絡及安排員工上房處理，最路回覆是無法提供冷氣，只能安排風扇，結果整晚也無法入睡。實在太差體驗！"

"The absolute worst ever. First Hotel.com use Google Maps and as such is not accessible in China. As such, you have no idea where the property is located. This one is 20 KM from the advertised location. I spend another $20 on 2 different taxies because they do not include the address in Chinese also. When I arrive no English at all just poor phone translation. No record of reservation. have to call manager (witch was home!) 20 minute later they found it! "Want upgrade?:" when I said NO I was ask...
