"The room is spacious. We took direct coach from Hong Kong and the stop was right outside the hotel. The international breakfast is great. Food in the restaurant is fantastic. We took about 10 min taxi to the biggest shopping Mall nearby. Nice and comfortable stay. Service from hotel staff is excellent"

"The setting was is wonderful. the food in the restaurant was outstandiong. The problem is that the front desk staff was not conversant on English. They helped as best they could. other problem, when huge crowd comes to breakfast, cleaning up dirty dishes took a long time. Had to waive down staff to clear table so we ca n sit and start buffet breakfastt. Dinner the American food was not good, we had to send a dish back that was stale. Also there were 4 weddings in 4 days. One time both...

"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. Room was very generous, with 2 double beds, bathrobes, nice towels, slippers, TV with only 1 English...
