"We booked two nights at this hotel. We contacted the owner on whats app to let them know about our stay. We got in reply that they were not in the island at the moment, they were in vacation... so we couldn't able to stay at their place. We had to booked somewhere else, since then we haven't got any news from them, no apologies and no refund ! We called two times Hotels.com to let them know and try to join the owner as well few times without answer, this is not professional at all !!"

"Excellent stay in Sao Filipe. Every single hotel staff were incredible, friendly and welcoming. Great location, only a 5/10 minute walk into town and hotel pool and dining area was lovely and relaxing. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Big thank you to Gilson and Ailton! "Awesome property. They connected us with a guide who took us on a hike up the volcano and to the lava tubes. The food was just ok and the bungalow was great but the water pressure was really low. Overall it was a great visit. I would recommend it. "

"Stay was fine, rooms are clean and cozy and there is absolute silence, food not really special for the price. Joze is a good guide, but sometimes a bit overreacting, which I find unprofessional, also watching boundaries might help to make the place more comfortable for the guests."

"Endroit très agréable de tout point de vue, en bas de la descente de Caldeira à Pai Antonio. L'hôtel se repère bien grâce à la photo. L'hôtesse est adorable, elle nous a fait un bon petit déjeuner à 5.30 h du matin. Il faut savoir que l'endroit est isolé , loin de la ville, mais il y a des alugers qui passent pas loin. Nous avons bien apprécié la décoration jeune et gaie ."

"house is still a construction side, even if you know, that water is scarce there, the installation of the whole water distribution system is not finished. actually no water availabe, to take even a cold water shower,water for toilet flushing only in a barrel , to be taken out by hand. bed not ok. very basic kind of breakfast. To ebookers: to offer this place on your side is not a proof of good quality management . We moved out next morning and cancelled the stay then."

Kamen einen Tag später, gehen davon aus, dass wir die Hälfte des Tagespreises zurückerstattet bekommen. Wenn Gäste sehr früh abreisen, wäre ein kleiner Snack zur Reise nett, in anderen Unterkünfte durchaus üblich."
