"Great room with lovely view of the sea. Staff were friendly and there was free on-site parking. My only criticism is that we arrived at 14:50 and were able to do the check-in paperwork, but were told to return in 10 minutes to get the key. I can understand not letting someone into their room if it is hours early, but making someone wait 10 minutes—standing at the desk and then getting the key cards at exactly 15:00 was annoying. "

"The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. For the price they charge, they could at least provide heating, shampoo, and shower soap. "

"La linea is a border city of Spain. Hotel located in a convenient location with plenty of parking nearby. It is a no frill stay and price was great. I recommended if you are looking for quick stop and visiting Gibraltar. "
