"Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone. The evening meal was "almost cold" seafood soup followed by "warm" salmon. No choice. We weren't even told about it. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special.
