"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. "The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND "

"Best hotel in Brasilia. I always stay here with my family. The rooms are spacious and the bed linnens and towels are of high quality. I will say that I wish the suites offered a bit more perks than just a larger room to justify the price or also wish they had suites that had more than one bedroom. "

"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

"Our stay (4 adults) was fine. Checkin and checkout experiences were good. The room is much smaller than it seems in the pictures and does not accommodate 4 adults well. The second bed was a single that opens into two but there is no real mattress on the secondary bed. I believe that 2 adults and 2 kids would be ok though."
