"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. "The hotel is conveniently located and has a really nice shopping center plus restaurant area on the ground floor. The reception staff were really well trained and great customer service. However the room was not spectacular and the housekeeping were casual, sometimes seated on the floor in the hallways, and often left vacuums and other cleaning equipment just laying on the floor for extended periods.
