"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!"

Check in took longer than normal. 2 x Rooms on the same floor was requested when we made the booking (almost a year in advance) They confirmed the rooms will be close to each other via a phone call the morning of check in. However, at check in they informed us that they could not assist with the request. We booked 3 x rooms. The one Room 503 - toilet was running the whole time and could not flush. It was reported to reception."
