"Overall it is a good place to stay and it is just 20 minutes away from the Taoyuan airport. I wish they offer a shuttle bus service for the customers who have extremely early arrival such as 4 or 5 AM. The breakfast is included to the deal from Expedia, the breakfast options are limited but good enough. They have lots of organic vegetables and machine to make fresh juice which is a big plus for me. The staff for making omelets since not knowing both Chinese and English. I requested him not to put cheese to my omelets twice in both languages but he still put. The regular eggs are ok. The room is decent clean to stay and quiet during nights. The mattresses and pillows are standard. I will stay here again if I visit Taoyuan again. "

"Had a wonderful stay here. Stayed for almost a week and appreciated the individual units with parking garages that made each room feel like its own apartment/home. Beds are very comfortable and enjoyed having a couch and large tv as well. Loved having 24 hour security and the location is incredibly convenient and walkable. Right next to tons of food, convenience stores, and the Taoyuan Public Library. There is a flight of stairs from the garage but you can ask for help if needed with luggage. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would come back and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Taoyuan. "
