"The worst place I've ever stayed - rooms smell like cigarettes, disgusting, black marks from smoke above the bed - requested non-smoking, went to ask to change the room, I was told I'm lying, I'm the 1st ever complaining, they offered me a airfreshener - which was just lysol disinfection, had to go to dollar general to buy my own shower stuff(no soap, no shampoo), the front desk dude which this is the worst - brought us towels with pubic hair inside them, I had to go to the front desk, showed...

"The buffet in the morning and evening was excellent and so much appreciated. My grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was very spacious. We have stayed at Drury Inns before and would highly recommend this facility."
