There was no ice in the entire hotel, light was out in our bathroom, no bowls to make grits at breakfast, no yogurt, microwave at breakfast only turned and did not heat, no straws. Staff just said they were out of everything.

The ceiling had an old stain from an old water leak. The lady working in the area for breakfast seemed to rush us and there was over 20 minutes left for breakfast. This hotel has been under renovations for quite some time! The housekeepers seemed to be just chilling in the same area everyday. It was horrible but definitely have some things staff need to work on and how long will they have renovations going on

If you have breathing issues, allergies or fragrance sensitivities, you might consider another location. To be fair, they are updating the facility. Once you get past the lobby, the carpets have been ripped up on the 1st and 2nd floors. I did not see the 3rd floor. The elevator had not been cleaned in a while. My room had been freshly renovated with new, very smelly carpet and fresh paint. The shower was ok but needed attention in the corners. Two of the lamps in my room didn't work and at least 1 outlet had no power. Yes, I tested wall switches and other outlets. The socket in one bedside lamp appeared broken inside the housing. There are no drinking cups in the room. Breakfast was unremarkable. I had a day old biscuit.

This hotel apparently is undergoing a renovation first of all. It was awful and a mess inside the room was not so nice. The carpet was spotty dirty. The bathroom lights are extremely dim just wasn’t up to par.
