"We stay here quite a bit. First time getting the 2 queen bed suite. It was on second floor and this particular AmericInn - Fergus Falls does not have an elevator. We had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs after we loaded up one of those wheel carts. Room was great. Stay was great."

"We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15 and when we went to use the shower mat it had blood on it. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11. We rushed to get out by 11 and left a stuffed animal behind. I’ve reached out and not heard back. "
