"New beds and pillows are needed. Some pillows were as if using nothing and head went straight to mattress. Others were like sleeping on a rock for a pillow. There was no in between. I’m not referring to a firm pillow. This had to be an exceptionally old, hard pillow. Also it would have been nice for the shower soaps to be refilled. All three (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were completely empty and nothing even at the very bottom. I usually bring my own but didn’t bring into the shower...
