"Arrived on a bitter cold day in January with my and another family. Although I booked through Hotels.com and wasn't able to make our rooms adjoining (and didn't realize that I had picked the wrong rooms to do this), the front desk fixed this quickly for a $10 per room upcharge...and handled it in friendly fashion. This place is clean and well maintained...breakfast was good enough for everyone to find something they liked. Overall a very good experience for all."

"The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "
