"I liked the shuttle service. Very convenient, driver was friendly. Front desk staff was ok but a welcoming smile would have been nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good but the waiters were unfriendly, with long faces. Never a greeting, just handed the menu and left. Took our order and left. For someone working for tips, he’s in the wrong business. I tipped him just out of courtesy. Food was delicious. First class. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are nicer. "

"This was an amazing hotel. First timers and we were a little hesitant, but we are so glad we went with them. From the moment you walk in the staff members at Fiesta Americana are ready to help ypu with luggage and are very curtious. The hotel smells like roses, extremely clean. Room service food is great. "It is convenient for shopping and dining. It is very noisy at night during the bars nearby. You may hear boom sounds until 2:00 am."
