"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"A wonderful location in a lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of great places to eat and drink. A very nice neighbourhood to walk around and has a lovely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the roof terrace is a great place to start your day with a coffee. Rooms are basic but clean and overall this offers very good value for money. Would highly recommend. "

"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"Lovely, unique colonial building with charm, comfort, and history. Our Tlalli (Earth) room was spacious for family of 3, and tastefully appointed. While it looked onto the street, the room was safe, secured, and quiet at night. Walking distance to all key attractions in Coyoachan. Friendly, prompt customer service. "

"Rosa Nota is a great area and this relatively new property is exceptional. Boutique hotel studio units. Exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. Magnificent balcony and view. We were on the eighth floor, which is 12 floors up."

"My Sheraton stay was perfect! Staff was super helpful and attentive. Lots of options for activities around the area and plenty of dining options within the hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet it is made to order as well. Facility was clean and room was spacious. I would stay here again anytime! 10/10 ☺️"

"The WiFi initially was terrible. But when I complained to the front desk they sent a technician and he changed the direction of the outside antenna so I would get better reception even though it took a good deal of time n effort to arrange this. I really appreciated this effort n my issue was resolved."
