"Front desk staff rude with arrogant unprofessional, unhelpful attitude. First floor under massive renovation and unsafe conditions for guest access. Tarps not secured, live electrical wires hanging from ceiling, large open unattended ladders in hallway. Active construction during guest using hallway and elevator / egress. Hallways "

"I was overstimulated before i even finished checking in. Too much going on in the lobby. Between the dance parties and loud shows, the people trying to get wolf ears and take pictures at the fireplace and all the foot traffic that is forced through that area, as its the only way to get from rooms to activities. Every elevator was a fight with some guests getting very visibly irritable. Place was fairly clean considering the amount of guests and visitors. All staff was extremely friendly. Considering they work in such a highly stimulating environment. They nickle and dime you and could atleast include a free breakfast. I wont waste my money going back"

"We were in the motor lodge rooms. Very nice rooms but the connecting door to the our neighbours was thin with gaps around it, which meant their talking disturbed us late at night. The bad thing was the wifi was very poor, which by today's standards is not acceptable. "
