"Let me just say this is place is literally a hidden gem‼️ First thing staying for celebrating our anniversary and i was amazed from the moment i walked in! The detail in the hotel was beautiful! "I booked the wrong day, and the amazing staff fixed it for me so that there at 12:30am, I didn’t have to find another hotel. Amazing staff! I was so grateful. But regarding the Hilton: They charge $2 for bottles of water in the rooms! Like an old-time minibar. The rooms had a desk, but no Bible, no writing paper, no parking space at check-in, and parking only across the street. Otherwise the stay was fine."

"Some of the furniture seemed to be a little old, and the room was clearly missing a chair. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the hotel was in good condition. I would certainly stay here again."

"Excellent place and great value - we usually stay at another hotel when in the Natick /Framingham area but decided to try here. It was fantastic. Facility feels brand new - nicely decorated, very fresh and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and convenient and staff were kind. I should also mention they allowed us to check in early without issue which was appreciated. Highly recommend! "
