"We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Canada and this was my favourite: the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating and friendly. There's a lovely bar/restaurant where we enjoyed evening drinks and desserts. We stayed in a suite and I'd definitely recommend the upgrade - spacious, well equipped, nicely maintained. It was a lovely stay and thank you to everybody on the desk and in the bar who made it such a nice experience."

"Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, there was ample seating, and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. We were pleasantly surprised that each room had a kitchenette with a sink, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and mini fridge. There was even a really nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as saunas. The only slight negative with the room was that storage was limited to small shelves in the two nightstands and one clothes rack. The only other negative was the quality of the buffet breakfast at Walter’s restaurant. The food was not very appetizing as it was cold and the items seemed to have been sitting for quite some time. I would suggest ordering off the ala carte menu. These negatives would not dissuade us from staying here. Overall we really liked the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."
