"Excellent place to stay when attending events at Roger’s Center. You can walk from your room, through the pedways right to the arena without going outside. Hotel staff was excellent, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Parking underground was an extra charge but you’re downtown and that’s to be expected. Pool and hot tub area are quite simple and clean and there is a gym right next door to them. "

"the property is in a very easy location for Roger's place. but parking sucks if it is a game day you may have to park across the street or on the next street even though you are staying at the hotel. if you are checking in on a game day. be prepared for a long check in line. "

"Always great to stay at this hotel that is attached to West Edmonton Mall; super convenient to shop, play, rest at our leisure and not have to worry too much about where everyone is in the party. We actually used valet service during this visit because of the chaos of parking on boxing day with a tall vehicle, and they were great and helpful, especially when trying to load and unload our luggage. "We loved our cabin stay. Each cabin has an outdoor fire pit and the highlight for my kids was making smores! Its also located right by the river so lovely to go for walks! And can see elk on cabin property. It was clean and we had a small issue with our cabin which was resolved promptly! Highly recommend this place and we hope to be back!"
