"Had a pleasant 2 night stay -clean, good location and comfortable. At first, we were a little upset with a few mistakes made by the hotel. One being the hotel didn’t respond to our enquiry a month beforehand but, the reception lady was kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to one of their best rooms which made up for it. "We recently stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased and happy with the accommodation, very clean and modern. The breakfast which was included, was plentiful,with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect as you are in the centre of all the shops, restaurants, market stalls and bus stops. If we come to Tirana in the future, we will definitely stay here again."
