"The communication and text messaging was much appreciated. We were able to communicate with the office and let them know that we would be arriving at 10:30 pm. When we passed the office, he was there within moments, welcoming us in a very warm, professional, and friendly manner. I also appreciated the fact that he waited for me to open the lock box. "I have stayed here a few times with my family of 4. Check-in is always quick and easy. It is at a walkable distance from shops and restaurants. You can see the Morro Bay rock from your window. Rooms are nice, beds and pillows are comfortable and they offer a decent breakfast. Overall great stay."
