"We stayed overnight, on arrival we were warmly greeted and the hotel features were explained to us. Parking was across the road, it had been snowing and unfortunately the sidewalk on the hotel side had not been cleared. The hotel decor and furniture is showing signs of wear and could do with an update. Room was large and comfortable but the heating system was very noisy and the bathroom stayed cold as it only had a ceiling heat lamp which was on a wall timer switch. Shower was lovely and big but...

"Hotel is being remodeled so is very clean and updated. Staff was nice and accommodating. Wish there was a waffle maker for breakfast. The pool is small and wish there was a hotub. Overall we would stay here again"

"Location was awesome... Walking distance to the American Falls!! We visited during off season, so there wasn't much to do, however thanks to staff members Christine, & Nicole for recommending dining, & shopping options. We were here for one night as we were heading to CN the next day, however this hotel is great, & I recommend it for longer stays! "

"I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe. Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry

"In town monthly for work and always skipped by, finally booked and very happy with the stay! Right at check in the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, this trip was with family so I had my child and forgot to grab milk for the bedtime bottle, the little concession stand was a saviour, lots of options and treats and option to pay or charge to the room which was nice when dealing with a fussy toddler. Didn’t visit the attached restaurant but it smelts amazing and was busy! Parking was convenient and plowed as we were there during an unexpected storm and hotel was a short drive to all the stores/food and scenery. Our room was on the 6th floor, great view of the Canadian side of the falls and nightlife. "
