"As part of my vacation, I hired a bicycle to do some road cycling around Hong Kong. The staff questioned me everytime I entered and exited the hotel about the bike in spite of the concierge assuring me the bike is fine before I rented it. I found this a little annoying."

"It was a beautiful modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite impressive. If you book directly with the hotel, your breakfast is included. Unfortunately, not included with Hotels.com. senior discount made the buffet $20/pp at the hotel. Well worth it. I would happily stay there again. Within walking distance to restaurants, incredible grocery store shops and subway station. "

"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the refurbished rooms."
