"Really lovely room with beautiful furniture and top level comfort that you might expect. Great reception staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. On some days there was plenty to choose from but on one day they had run out of bread and black pepper and some fruit! "

"Reasonable place for a one-two nights’ stay. The place is right in absolutely gorgeous downtown La Palma, restaurant is literally next door. Property is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is well stuffed. Beware, that closest parking is 7 min walk. Also, there is no reception, just an online instruction how to enter the property. It was OK, but after long-long day I wish there was someone at the reception who would have just given me a key to my room without the need to solve multiple puzzles....

"Nice carracter property and supportive set up . Great location central although sometimes a bit street noisy. Felt the kitchen was very basic and quite low on essentials and no staff on site beside the cleaners. Recommended it"

"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. We had a terrible start of our holiday, if you travel with families be mindful in the area there is brothels and bars open until late with dodgy people starring. I wouldn’t...

"The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms need refurbishing and bringing up to a good standard. Only 2 out of 3 lifts working, and you had to wait awhile for the lift. Pool on roof very small and only a few sunbeds. Always taken early. The beach is a good 30 minute walk."

"On arrival, we received a warm welcome and the engagement and help from the staff remained excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and the room (No 8) was well appointed, quiet and had the benefit of a lovely terrace. Breakfast was of excellent quality. The location, in the "Old town" provided a great way not only to explore the city but also the rest of the island. There were numerous cafes and restaurants within a short walk of this atmospheric and beautiful part of the city. We used the hotel's car parking space for several nights which was conveniently located but suitable only for smaller vehicles. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend it. "

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
