"Really nice place. Breakfast was wonderful - varied and plentiful. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"

"One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions.
